RRSOLUTION N0, �3_7�
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD REQUESTING WITHDRAWAL OF A CERTAIN AREA
OF LAND ANNEXED TO SAID CITY FROM THE CONSOLIDATED
SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY,
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has completed the annexation
of a certain area of land as hereinafter described, to said City of
Lynwood, and
WHEREAS, the State of California H°alth and Safety Code,
Division 5, Part 3, Chapter 4, Article 7, provides that whenever any
portion of a district is included within a city by reason of annexa-
tion, such portion may be wibadrawn from the district by request of the

City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Lynwood hereby requests the Board o£ Supervisors of Los
Angeles County to exclude from the District those portions of the
Consolidated Sewer Maintenance District lying within the following
described area of land:

Beginning at a point in the easterly line o£ the Lynwood
city boundary as said boundary existed on February 26 1g63 said
point being the southeast corner of Lot 72, Tract No. 7984, as shown
on map recorded in Map Book 90, pages 34, 35 and 36, Records of Los
Angeles County, State of California; thence South 7�° 57t 5p" East
135 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 163 of said tract; thence
North 19 001 East 180 feet 'to the northeast corner of Lot 165 of
said tract; thence North 70 57t 50" West along the northerly line
of said Lot 165 and the westerly prolongation thereof 135 feet to the
easterly line of said Lynwood city boundary; thence South 19° Opt
West 180 feet to the point of beginning,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed and
ordered to file a copy of this resolution with the Board of Supervisors
of Los Angeles County.
