.RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD WITHDRAWING CERTAIN AREA OF L#iND ANNEXED �
TO SAID CITY FROM THE CONSOLIDATED FIRE PROTECTION
DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY,

WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has completed the annexation
of certain land, as hereinafter described, to said City of Lynwood, and
IniHEREAS, said City of Lynwood does provide fire protection
to said area of land, and .
.WHEREAS, the State of California Health and Safety Code, .
"' Division 12,�Part 3, Chapter 2, Article 11, piovides that whenever,
any portion of a fire protection district is included within a city.
by reason of annexation,' such portion may be withdrawn from the district,
� NOb�T, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council.of the
City o£ Lynwood that tha following described areas of land be and the
same are hereby declared withdrawn from said Consolidated Fire
Protection District of Los Angeles County:.

Beginning at a point in the easterly line of the Lynwood•
city boundary as said boundary existed on February 26 1963 said point
being the southeast corner of Lot 72 Traet No 7984 as shown on map
, recorded in Map Book 90, pages 34, 35 and 36, Records of Los Angeles .
County, State of California; thence South 70 57I� 50" East lj5 feet '.
to the southeast corner of Lot 163 of said tract; thence North 19° OQ�t
� East 180 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 165 of.said tract; thence
North 70 57,2 50" West along the northerly line of said Lot 165 a'nd
