SPECIAL WORKSHOP MEETING MARCH 20, 1989
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in a special workshop
session, Room 2, Bateman Hall, on the above date at 12:00 noon.
Mayor Wells in the chair.
Councilmembers Henning, Morris, Richards and Wells answered the
roll call.
Councilmember Heine absent.
~"` Also present were City Manager Gomez, City Clerk Hooper, and all
Department Heads.
City Clerk Hooper announced the agenda had been duly posted in
accordance with The Brown Act.
Planning Commissioner Lena Cole Dennis was also present.
There were no public oral communications.
Community Development Director Mas explained the workshop meeting was
for the purpose of Council giving staff and KDG representatives
the goals and objectives to be included in the revised General Plan.
Representatives from the consulting firm of KDG, INC., __L~dia Kennard
and Bernice Taylor, were introduced.
Council provided input and direction to staff and consultants in
regards to the City's revised General Plan update.
There was no further business and it was moved by Councilmember
Richards, seconded by Councilmember Morris to adjourn at 2:15 p.m.
