SPECIAL MEETING MARCH 27, 1989
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in a special session
in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 5:00 p.m
Mayor Wells in the chair.
Councilmembers Heine, Henning, Richards, Wells, answered the roll
call.
''`" Councildmember Morris was absent.
Council discussed the structure of the Youth Commission and it's Youth
roll as a commission.
It was moved by Councilmember Heine, seconded by Councilmember C/Heine
Richards the makeup of the commission would be as follows: motion
Youth C
age group - 7 - 14, Seven members
age group 15 - 18 Eleven members
age group 19 - 25 Three members
ROLL CALL:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS HEINE, HENNING, RICHARDS, WELLS
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILDMEMBER MORRIS
Councilmember Heine discussed SEACCA and the closure of an animalC/Heine
facility on Hollydale. SEACCA
Councilmember Richards discussed Alameda Corridor Task Force
meeting he attended.
Mayor Wells spoke on School Board Agenda pertaining to tax
increments.
There was no further business and it was moved by Councilmember
Heine, seconded by Councilmember Henning to adjourn.
