RESOLUTION NO.01-22
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF ROADWAY CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION, AND HENNEPIN COUNTY
IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Medina enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 77638 with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation and Hennepin County for the following
purposes:
To provide for payment by the State to Hennepin County the costs of the roadway, bridge and
frontage road construction and other associated construction to be performed on and adjacent to
Trunk Highway No. 55 from Arrowhead Drive to County Road 116 within the corporate City
limits under State Projects No. 2722-53 (T.H. 55=188) and No. 2722-58 (T.H. 55=188), and
County Projects No. 9541 and No. 9732; and
To provide for conveyance of access control, from the City and Hennepin County to the State,
along the northerly side of Trunk Highway No. 55 for the entire length of the frontage road to be
constructed under State Project No. 2722-58 (T.H. 55=188), and County Project No. 9732.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the Administrator -Clerk -Treasurer are
hereby authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Workman
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Lane, Smith, Workman, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
