RESOLUTION NO. 16-9202
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITYOF OPA-
LOCKA, FLORDA, APPROVING THE SALARY OF $85,000.00 (EIGHTY-
FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS) FOR YVETTE HARRELL WHILE
SERVING AS ACTING CITY MANAGER; PROVIDING FOR
INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Yvette Harrell was appointed as Acting City Manager on May 18, 2016;
and
WHEREAS,the City Commission desires to set Yvette Harrell's annual salary at
$85,000.00 (Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars) while serving as Acting City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka hereby approves a salary
of$85,000.00 (Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars) for Yvette Harrell while serving as Acting City
Manager.
Section 3. Yvette Harrell shall be entitled to the benefit package normal and
customary that the City Manager would be entitled to.
Section 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June, 2016.
