� A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING THE CL�ISSIFICNTION-DES- �
CRIPTION OF RECREATION DIRECTOR TO INCLUDE �
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve a.s follows:
' Section 1 : Since the position of Recreation Director ha,s

grown in both scope and responsibility since the origina.l classifica-
tion descriptions were approved, the requirements for the position
' are amended to include: - •
"The Recreation Director will have graduated from an ,
a�ccredite& college or university with specializa,tion in recreation,
physical educa.tion or rela.ted fields a.nd have a. minimum of four
years o£ experience in directing a complete recreation program at
the supervisorial or a,dministra,tive'1eve1. Experience rr�ay be .
. substituted on a yea,r for. yea.r basis for educa.tion up to a ma.ximum
' of one year. � " ,
"California.Sta,te Certifica,tion in Recreation is not
