BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lynwood, California, as follows: Section 1. That for the General Municipal Election to be held in the City oF Lynwood on Tuesday, the lOth day of April 1962, the persons hereinafter named are hereby appointed as election o£ficers to conduct said election for each precinct as hereinafter designated, Section 2, That there will be twenty-one (21) voting pre- cincts designated as Voting Precincts 1 through 21, inclusive, for the purpose of holding the election, consisting of a consolidation of the regular election precincts established for holding State or county elections, as hereinafter designated, Section 3.
