A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF A
REPORT OF MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHTS IN
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD FOR THE TWELVE-MONTH
PERIOD COMMENCING JULY l, 1962 {
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section l . That the City Engineer be and he is hereby
directed to make and £ile with the City Clerk o£ said city, a
report, in writing, covering the ma'intenance of all street light-
ing in said city for a period commencing July l, 1962 and ending
June 30, 1963.
Section 2 . That said repbrt shall contain the following: .
a. An estimate of the costs and expense of the
improvement for the ensuing fiscal year.
b. A diagram for the assessment district referred
to in Resolution of Intention No: 61-21, adopted on the
� 18th day of April 1g61 and the boundaries and dimensions '
of the respective, lots and parcels o£ land within the
district as it existed at the time of the making of the
last mentioned diagram, each of which lots or parcels
shall be given a special number on the diagram.
c. A schedule showing the proportionate amount of
assessment to be charged in proportion to the benefits to
be received by each lot or parcel shown on the diagram
required by subdivision (b) of this section.
Section 3 . That such report shall be in compliance with
' 'the provisions of the Street Lighting Act of 1glg Part 1, Division
� 14, Chapter 6, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
