A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROTING THE REPORT OF THE CITY
ENGINEER AND FIXING TIME OF HEa"9RING IN THE
MATTER OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF THE
EAST SIDE OF THORSON 9�VENUE NORTHERLY OF
CARLIN AVENUE,
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve%' as follows:
WHEREAS, a report on the proposed improvement, to wit: I
the construction of cement concrete curb and gutter, including all I
incidental arid appurtenarit work, all as shown on Plan No. 1962-b-2,
has been prepared by the City Engineer and delivered to the Cit,y
Council of the City of L;�nwood as provided in Division 4 of the
�
Streets and Highways Code cited as "Special Assessment Investigation,
Limitation and Majority Protest Act ofl9jl," as amended,was directed
by the City Council at its regular meeting of February 20, 1962,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
l. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
approve said report and order that said report be filed with the City
Clerk.
2, That the City Council does hereby fix the lst day of
May 1g62 at the hour of 7:30 p.m, as the day and hour, and the
Council Chambers of the City Hall 1133o Bullis Road, Lynwood, California,
as the place when and where any and all persons interested may appear
before said City Council and be heard on any matter pertaining to said
report.
3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to give notice as
prescribed by Section z851 of said Streets and Highways Code, referred
to and cited as "Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and
Majority Protest Act of 1931," as amended, to all persons designated
in said section.
