A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SPECIAL USE DISTRICT FOR RUMPKE OF INDIANA, LLC, AT 275 FORT WAYNE AVENUE
WHEREAS, Rumpke of Indiana, LLC has petitioned Common Council of Richmond, Indiana, requesting a modification/amendment to a Special Use District classification in the M-1 Light Industrial
District at 275 Fort Wayne Avenue, and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to modify/amend the Special Use District as requested to allow for the expansion of the existing cardboard recycling facility;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the Special Use District zoning designation of the real estate at 275 Fort Wayne Avenue, is
hereby modified/amended to allow for the expansion of the existing cardboard recycling facility.
Passed and adopted this 16th day of March, 1998, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
