CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.01-38
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL OF
MEDINA INDUSTRIAL 5TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, Glen Lincoln Partners (the "Applicant") is the owner of property currently
legally described as Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Medina Industrial Addition (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Applicants wish to replat the Property by combining two lots into one; and
WHEREAS, the city council has previously granted preliminary approval to the proposed
plat; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested final approval of the plat, which plat has been
reviewed by the city staff for compliance with city ordinances and the terms of preliminary plat
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that final approval be granted to the Applicant for the plat of Medina Industrial 5`h
Addition, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Applicant must pay the city an administrative fee in the amount necessary to
reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing this application; and
2. The final plat must be filed with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of
approval of this resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Phil Zietlow
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Lane, Smith, Workman, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
