RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ADOPTING BUDG�T PROPOSAL FOR EXPENDITURE
• OF FUNDS ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF THE "
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE. '
WHEREAS, 'a master agreement ha.s been executed between the �
State of' Ca,lifornia and the City of Lynwood for the expenditure of
the engineening allocation to cities, a,nd,
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read sa.id a,greement
in full and is familiar with the-contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
oi Lynwood that said budget proposal,be and is hereby a.dopted a.s
the buclget of proposed expenditures of .the engineering allocation .
to cities, and said budget proposal be and the same is hereby �
a.pproved a.nd the Mayor is directed to sign the same'on behalf of
said City, said budget proposal to be binding upon the City upon
�� its approyal'by the authorized of£icials of the Sta.te.
