WHEREAS, the Cit; Engineer of the City o£ Lynwood did, on
the lst da,y of Ma,y, 1962; file with the Cit;� Clzrk a,s directed b,yr
Resolution No. 62-17 of the Cit;� Council oi' the City,.of Lynwood, a.
report setting forth the costs aiid expenses for,�street lighLing
service in the Citf of Lynwood for the twelve-month period connnencin�
Julf l, 1�62, together with the assessment dia,gram and a,ssessment
ro11. Sa.id written report was ma.de pursuant to the provisions of
Section 18090 and 18091 of Chapter 6, Division 15, Part 1, of the
Streets and Highways Code of tl�e State of California.;
NOW, THEREFOP,E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council,of che
City of Lfnwood as follows:
Section 1 . That sa,id report, dia.grani, a.nd assessmer�t ro11,
unmodifiec�, is hereby al�pro�'ed a.nd a.dopted.
Section 2 . That the levying of the a.ssessment as proposecl
in said re�ort is hereb,T authorized and a.pproved. �
Section 3 . That the CitjT Clerk of the City of Lfnwood is
liereby directed to tra.nsmit to the Count�r o£ Los Angeles Ta,.c Collector
the dia,gram and a,ssessment roll upon whi�h sa,id lev� is ba,sed, and
said County Tax Collector is hereb� autiiorized and directed to malce
collections of all such assessments a.nd to pertorm all of the acts
a.nd duties as a,re required b,✓ said a,ct to be performed bV the persons
designated a,s "Ta.x Collector" in Cha.pter b, Division 14, Part l, of
the Streets and Highwa�JS Code of the State of California..
