RESOLUTION N0. 62-41
IN THE MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF LOS FLORES .
BOULEVARD. RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF
DEBT LIMITATION REPORT. �
The City Council of the City of -Lynwood does hereby
resolve a,s follows: .
(l�' That the public interest, convenience and
necessity require, and the City Council of the City of' Lynwood
proposes to institute proceedings for the improvement hereinafter ,
' set forth:
(2) That,the general na.ture, location, and extent
of such proposed improvement is•a:s follows: .T1?e remova.l of
existing curb and gutter, by construction of concrete

curbs a,nd gutters and drive a,pproacYies�on Los Flores Boulevard
between ttie east side of Long Bea.ch Boulevard and the west
side of California. Avenue. �
(3) It is hereby further determined that the CitJ
Council of the City of Lynwood adopts.this resolution under and
in accordance.with Section 4 of the Streets and Highways Code
of the State of �California which is known as the Special •
Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act
of 1g31 a.s amended. It is hereby further determined that sa,id
City Council proposes to conduct the proceedings for said proposed
work or improvement under an a,ct,of the Legislature of the
State of California known and designated a.s the "Improvement Act
of 1911," as amended. ,
(4� The bounda,ry or extent of the assessment district
' to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses of said improvement
is shown on Plan No. 1962-F-1, on file in the office of the
City Clerk of said city, which shall govern £or all details as to
the extent of said assessment district. '
(5) Tha,t the City Engineer be and he is hereby directed
to prepare a.nd deliver'to said City Council a written report

covering�said work or'improvement in,accorda.nce with the pro-
" visions o£ said "gpecial Assessment Investigation, Limitation
and Majority Protest Act of 1g31 as amended. ,
