RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNW00� APPROVING THE ENGINEERIS REPORT, AND
AUTHORIZING LEVY OF ASSESSMENT COVERING THE
EXPENSE OF ABATING DRY AND DRYING WEEDS FOR
T�IE 1962-63 FlscAZ YEnR.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has heretofore filed with the
City Council a report setting forth th2 actual cost for the abatement
of dr;� and drying weeds that existed on certain parcels of land in
the City of Lynwood for the 1g62-1963 fiscal year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows:
Section 1 . That said report, together with the assessment
roll showing the various parcels of land assessed for abating said,
nuisance, is hereby adopted and approved unmodified.
Section 2 . That the levying of the assessment is hereby
authorized and approved.
Section 3 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
transmit to the County of Los Angeles Tax Collector the assessment
roll for assessment ani3 collection.
