RESOLUTION N0. 62-50
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD NAMING CORTLi�ND STREET E�.STERLY OF WRIGHT
ROAD,.LOUISE AVENUE SOUTHERLY OF CORTLAND STREET,
AND CHECK AVENUE SOUTHERLY OF CENTURY BOULEVARD
WITHIN SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, public convenience and necessity require that
all streets, boulevards, avenues, roads and ways used for public
thoroughfares within the City of Lynwood, California, be named and
designated,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City

of Lynwood, that the following streets and avenues are here�
designated, fixed and established as follows:
l. The first street south of Century Boulevard
, extenc]ing east from Wright Road to the hereinafter
named Check Avenue; COR�LAND STREET.
2. The first street east of Wright Road extending
south from the above named Cortland Street to
its end on the south: LOUTSE AVENUE.
3. The first street west of the Long Beach Freeway
extending south from Century Boulevard to the
above named Cortland Street: CHECK AVENUE,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall transmit
certified copies of this resolution to the Board of Supervisors of
Los Angeles County,.and to such other agencies requiring such a copy
I for the purpose of correcting and fixing the established names and
� designations of streets and avenues upon official maps and records
