Home My Public Portal About2001-043 Resolution Adopting 2001 Fee ScheduleMember Carolyn Smith introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.01-43 RESOLUTION ADOPTING 2001 FEE SCHEDULE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Medina is empowered to establish fees to reimburse costs incurred for providing various products and services; and WHEREAS, the City Council for time to time updates these fees to better reflect changes in the costs of providing these products and services; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Medina hereby adopts the 2001 Fee Schedule (Exhibit A) and the Truck Area District Map (Exhibit B). 3,2at Dated: tid- , 2001 �kg;94418 ATTEST: l Paul Robinson, Administrator -Clerk -Treasurer John B.
