A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
- LYNWOOA APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM IN THE
MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF THORSON AVENUE
(EAST SIDE) BETWEEN THE NORTH LINE OF CARLIN
AVENUE AND 600 FEET NORTH, BY'CONSTRUCTION OF
CONCRETS.CURB AND GUTTER TOGETHER WITH AI,L
IPdCIDEI�ITAL AND APPURTENANT WORK,

The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section l . That the asses,sment diagram for the improve-
� ment of Thorson Avenue (east side) between the north line of Carlin
Avenue and 600 feet north by construction of concrete curb and gutter,
as shown on Plan No. 1g62-s-5 on file in the office of the Cit,y
Clerk of the City'of Lynwood, be and the same is hereby approved�
� and adopted. � '
Section 2 . That the City Clerk of said city is directed

to certify the fact and date of the adoption of,this resolution to

, the Superintendent o£ Streets of said city, and shall deliver said

` diagram to said Superintendent of Streets.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of October, 1962.
