RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH F�CTS OF HEARING �ND
CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT IN THE MATTER OF THE
IMPROVEMENT OF THORSON AVENUE (EAST SIDE) BETWEEN
THE NORTH ZINE OF CARLIN 19VENUE AND 600 FEET NORTH '
BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER,
`TOGETHER WITH ALL INCIDENTAL AND dAPPURTENANT WORK,
WHERE�S, under the provisions of Divisiori.7 of the Streets
and Highways Code, c3ted as the "Improvement Act of .19ll," and amend- ,
ments thereto, the City Council of the City of Lynwood adopted its
, Resolution of Intention No. 62-33 on the 15th day of May, 1962,
declaring its intention to order certain work to be done; reference
is hereby made to said resolution of intention for a description of
the work or improvement, the assessment district, and for further
particulars, which resolution is on file in the office of the City
" Clerk of said city, and .
WHEREAS, the proceedings pursuant to said resolution of
intention have been had and talcen in the time, form, and manner
required by law, and
WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on the proposed assessment has
been published, posted, and mailed as required by 1aw, and
WHEREAS, a full and complete hearine on said assessment was
held on the 7th day of November, 1962 and
- WHEREAS, there were no oral or written protests and
objections,
NOW,.THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

� Section l. That the assessment is just and correct in
accordance with law, and that all actions, determinations, resolutions,
and orders, and all the proceedings heretofore taken are legal, valid,
and sufficient, and that the diagram attached to said assessmenL is
legal, valid and sufficient,
