SUBJECT: TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS-
MEETING OF JUNE 8, 2016
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Transportation and Public Safety
Commission (Commission) actions from their meeting of June 8, 2016.
BACKGROUND:
On June 8, 2016, the Commission held their regularly scheduled meeting.
ANALYSIS:
Following is a summary of actions taken at the June 8, 2016 meeting:
1. ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioner-Blatt, Redmond, Stratis, Vice Chairman Nimri,
Chairman Clift
Absent: Commissioner-None
Excused: Commissioner-None
2. CONSENT CALENDAR:
The Commission approved the minutes of their May 11 , 2016 meeting.

3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS:
The Commission held one hearing in person and dismissed the citation.
The Commission held three hearings requested by written declaration; upheld two
citations and dismissed one citation.
CITY STRATEGIC GOALS:
This item furthers the City's Strategic Goal of Citizen Education and Communication.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year 2016-17 City Budget.
