RESOLUTIODI OF THE CITY'COUDiCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING '
PROTESTS ODT THE PROPOSED MODIFICATIODT OF STREET
LIGHTING SYSTEM ON ATLANTIC AVENUE IN THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD.. .
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the "Street
Lighting Act of 1919 and amendrrients thereto," the City Council of
the City of Lynwood has heretofore passed and a.dopted its Resolution
No. �declaring its intention order the•furnishing of the
necessary materials to modify the street lighting system on a
' portion of Atlantic Avenue in the City of Lynwood for a period of '
three yea,rs; '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows: ,
�. ` Section 1 . That the City CoLincil does hereby fix Tuesday,•
, the 4th day of December, 1962 a,t the hour of 7:30 p.m. in the
