RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
� MAP OF THE DISTRTCT FOR THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT
�F PORTIONS OF CORTLAND STREET, CHECK AVENUE AND
LOUISE AVENUE, ALL E�STERLY OF WRIGHT ROAD, BY
THE CONSTRUCTION OF VITRIFIED CL�,Y PIPE S1�NITARY
_ SEWERS, TOGETHER WITH i1LL INCIDENT�%iL AND APPUR-
TENANT WORK,
The Cit� Council of the City o£ Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
. Section l . That plans and specifications No. 1962-5-2 for
the improvement of portions of Cortland Street, Louise Avenue and
' Check Avenue, all easterly of Wright Road, by the construction of
vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewers, including manholes and pump
station, together with all incidentsl and appurtenant work, as pre-
. ��
pared and filed'by the Cit,y Engineer with tkie City Clerk on the 15th
day of November ig6z be and the same are hereby adopted as the
official plans and specificatioris _for'doing said� work or making aaid
improvement. Said plans and specifications shall govern for all
details of the proposed work. _
Section 2 . That.the map or plat marked Plan No. 1962-5-1
', showing the distriet of land to be benefited by and to be liable for
the cost and expenses of, said work or improvement be and the same is
hereby adopted as the official map of the district for said_work or
.improeement and liable for said costs and expenses.
