HomeMy Public PortalAboutM 1983-03-03 - CC'A ~: L..> ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING MARCH 3, 1983 The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in an adjourned regular meeting in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood, on above date at 2:00 p.m. Mayor Thompson in the chair. Councilmen Green, Morris, Rowe and Thompson answered the roll call. Councilman Byork was absent. Also present were City Manager Gomez and City Attorney McEwen. It was moved by Councilman Green, seconded by Councilman Morris, and carried, that Councilman Byork be excused. Council adjourned to executive session at 2:06 p.m. Council reconvened at 2:40 p.m. and the following action was taken: N. oROZDO It was moved by Councilman Morris, seconded by Councilman CLAIM APPROVED Green, and carried to pay the claim of Nancy Orozco in the amount of $456.14 plus reasonable costs, subject to receipt of release and dismissal without prejudice. The City Attorney stated the liability insurance be continued, all utilities paid, and site cleaned up. It was moved by Councilman Green, seconded by Councilman Morris, that the above request be granted.
