Mayor Yu called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Aven ue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember-Chavez, Fish , Man, Yu
ABSENT: Councilmember-Sternquist
ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Vail and City Clerk Kuo
Councilmember Fish made a motion to excuse Mayor Pro Tern Sternquist for
cause. Seconded by Councilmember Chavez.

City Attorney
City Council recessed to closed session at 7:02 p.m. and reconvened at 7:19
p.m. with all members present.
City Attorney Vail reported th at City Council met in Closed Session regarding
Item 4A (Potential Litigation) and received updates from the City Attorney and
staff. City Council gave City Manager the authority to settle a contingent
claim in the amount of $3,500. There is no other reportable action.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Co un cil Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:19p.m.
