Mayor Yu called the Special Meeting to order at 7:05a.m.

Captain Jacob, Deputy Adams , Deputy Lam, Deputy Zuniga, and
Deputy Wengert
Councilmember Chavez made a motion to excuse Mayor Pro Tem
Sternquist for cause. Council member Fish seconded the motion.
Captain Jacobs presented Deputy Lam with his 10 yea r County Service Pin.

Deputy Lam provided an overview of crime trends in neighboring cities affecting
Temple City.

Deputy Lam provided an overview of notable arrests made in the City.
