IN THE MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF BEECHWOOD
AVENUE, RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF
DEBT liIMITATION REPORT.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby I
resolve as follows:
(1) That the public interest, convenience and necessit,y
require, and the City Council of the City of Lynwood proposed to
institute proceedings for the improvement hereinafter set forth;
(2) That the general nature, location, and extent of such
proposed improvement is as follows: The removal of existing curbs
and gutter, widening by construction of concrete curbs and gutters
and drive approaches on Beechwood Avenue betwe2n the west side of
Birch Street and the east side of California Avenue.
(3) It is hereby further determined. that the City Council
of the City of Lynwood adopts this resolution under and in accordance
with Section 4 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California which is known as the Sp�cial Assessment Investigation,
Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1g31 as amended. It is hereby
further determined that said City Council proposes to conduct the pro-
ceedings for said proposed work or improvement under an act of the
Legislature of the State of California known and designated as the
"Improvement Act of lgll," as amended.
(4) The boundary or extent of the assessment district to be
assessed to pay the co,sts and expenses of said improvement is shown on
Plan No. 1962-W, on file in the office of the City Clerk of said city,
which shall govern for all details as to the extent of said assessment
district.
(5) That the City Engineer be and he is he.reby directed to
to prepare and deliver to said City Council a written report covering
said, work or improvement in accordance with the provisions of said
"Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest

Act of 1931," as amended.
