CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.01-50
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF
RASKOB'S LAKEVIEW SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, Robert J. Raskob and Geraldine T. Raskob (the "Applicants") are the owners
of property currently legally described as Outlot 1, Raskob's Lakeview Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Applicants wish to replat the Property into two lots; and
WHEREAS, the city council has reviewed the proposed plat at its meeting on July 3, 2001;
and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have presented the final plat for approval, which plat has been
reviewed by the city staff for compliance with city ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that final approval be granted to the Applicants for the plat of Raskob's Lakeview
Second Addition, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Applicants must pay the city an administrative fee in the amount necessary to
reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing this application;
2. The Applicants must arrange for the issuance of a policy of title insurance to the city
as required by the city attorney's letter of August 16, 2001; and
3. The final plat must be filed with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of
approval of this resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Carolyn
Smith and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Lane, Smith, Workman, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
