1 . Acceptance of any CPA funding applications for Fall Town Meeting .
2 . Discussion and vote on a $ 5 , 000 professional services contract for Eric Dray for the Cobb House
outbuilding project .
3 . Discussion and vote on a $ 2 , 500 administrative services contract for Eric Dray to provide historic
preservation consulting to the CPC on an as needed basis for FY 19 .
4 . Vote to approve the minutes of the June 13 , 2018 meeting .
5 . Items that the chair could not reasonably anticipate .
6 . Announcements .
7 . Vote to elect CPC officers : Chair, Vice - chair, Clerk, and Treasurer .
8 . Next meeting : Wednesday, July 25, 2018 @ 4 : 45 p . m . at Town Hall .
