CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.01-57
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL FOR
THOMAS WALTERS ADDITION
WHEREAS, Thomas O. Walters and Roberta M. Walters (the "Applicants") have prepared
a plat to combine their property on Holy Name Drive into a single parcel; and
WHEREAS, on June 19, 2001 the city council reviewed the proposed plat for its
compliance with the ordinances of the city; and
WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the application and has determined that the plat is
consistent with the city's ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that final approval be granted to the Applicants for Thomas Walters Addition, subject to
the following terms and conditions:
1. The Applicants must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount necessary to
reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing and approving this plat; and
2. The Applicants must file the final plat with Hennepin County within 60 days of the
date of this resolution or the approval hereby granted is null and void.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Carolyn
Smith and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
s, Lane, Smith, Workman, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None V,e ,k,,A
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
