HomeMy Public PortalAbout2001-061 Resolution Granting Approval Preliminary Plat Approval for Ace Properties, LLCMember Jim Lane introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.01-61 RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR ACE PROPERTIES, LLC WHEREAS, Ace Properties, LLC (the "Applicant") is the fee owner of three lots located at 5105/5125/5145 County Road 101 (the "Property"); and WHEREAS, the Applicant intends to replat the Property by: combining the three lots into one; and WHEREAS, this matter was reviewed by the planning commission at its meeting on November 13, 2001; and WHEREAS, the plat was reviewed by the city council on November 20, 2001 for its compliance with the ordinances and requirements of the city. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota, that preliminary plat approval is hereby granted to the Applicant for the plat of the Property, subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. The final plat must show drainage and utility easements 10' in width along County Road 101 and 5' in width along the other lot lines; 2. The Applicant should determine whether the existing Northwestern Bell easement can be relocated; 3. The access to County Road 101 is temporary and must be moved if and when a road is constructed to the west of the Property; 4. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount necessary to reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing this application; and RHB-206585v 1 ME230-329 1 01-61 December 4, 2001 5. The Applicant must submit the final plat for approval to the zoning administrator within 180 days of the date of this resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void. The final plat must be in compliance with the terms and conditions of the preliminary plat approval and of the ordinances and requirements of the city. Dated: December 4, 2001.
