O � 17 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER 1 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH LEHMAN CONSTRUCTION FOR THE MISSOURI RIVER INTERCEPTOR PIPE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Change Order 1 to the agreement with Lehman Construction for Missouri River Interceptor Pipe Bridge Replacement. Section 2. The Change Order shall be substantially the same in form and content as that Change Order attached hereto as Exhibit A. Section 3.
