Subject: Records Request 08403 Longport
I would like to know who sent the Town transcripts in the matter of O'Boyle v. Longport Martin O'Boyle
deposition? If that question cannot be answered, I request the following:
I request the communications which contain as an enclosure any transcript from the case styled O'Boyle
v. Longport or O'Boyle v. Peter Isen which emanates from the State of New Jersey.
I would also request any communications between the Town (and its agents or attorneys) and the
Borough of Longport New Jersey. I will note no privilege applies since communications with a New
Jersey government are public records and receive no expectation of privacy.
Thank you ever so kindly.
If there are any questions or comments or need to clarify, just reach out in writing. To the extent you
can make the email a "high importance" or otherwise note it to be a high priority, I greatly appreciate
it. Please give estimates in advance. My suggested places to search are with Jones Foster or
Sweetapple Broeker and Varkas.
Thank you again.
