THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN WATER DEPARTMEDTT
LEDGER ACCOUNT RECORDS AS PER SECTION 34090 OF
. THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE.
The City Cotuzcil of the City of Lynwood does hereUJ
resolve as follows:
Section l : Section 340y0 of the California Government
Code provides that various city records may be destroyed with tlie
consent of ttie department head and the CitY Attorney iP more than
iive years old.
Section 2 : Certain Water Department ledger accounts
meet the a,bove criteris a,nd 'nave becomc a stora,ge prublem.
Authori�ation is thereFore granted to destroJ said accounts a,s per
