AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
MIDWEST ATC SERVICE, INC., FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING AIR TRAFFIC
CONTROL SERVICES AT THE JEFFERSON CITY MEMORIAL AIRPORT FOR THE
PERIOD OF OCTOBER 1, 2007 TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2008.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Professional
Services Agreement with Midwest ATC Service Inc., for Air Traffic Control Services at the
Jefferson City Memorial Airport for the period of October 1, 2007 to September 30, 2008.
Section 2. This agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as
Exhibit A attached hereto.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.

THIS AGREEMENT made this Ist da% of July. 2015. h1 and hetce'een Jefferson City Memorial
Airport (.1 FF) (hereinafter referred to as -Ai rpori')and N1idwest ATC Service. Inc.. a corporation
with its principal place of'business in Kansas and authorized to conduct business in the State of
\Missouri (hereinafter referred to as *'Company").
