A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY,
A CORPORATION, THE_RIGHT TO CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN
AND OPERATE A SPUR TRACK UPON,AND ACROSS ALAMEDA
' STREET IN THE CTTY OF LYNWOOD, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
. ` The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby deter�ie
and declare that the public interest, necessity and convenience require,

That SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY, a corporation, its successors
and assigns, be authorized and is hereby granted a right to construct,
maintain and operate a spur track acro5s Alameda Street, 71 feet wide,
near Lynwood Road, in the City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles,
' State of California, the benter line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the easterly line of said
Alameda Street, distant northerly thereon 473 feet,
more or less, from its intersection with the northerly
line of Lynwood Road, 50 feet wide, produced westerly; r'
thence southwesterly along a curve to the right, having
a radius of Z60.54 feet, an arc distance of 140 feet,
more or less; to a point in the westerly line of said
Alameda Street, distant northerly thereon 345 feet,

line of Lynwood Road, produced westerly,
Tha.t the above mentioned spur track shall be constructed,
maintained and operated in accordance with and sub,�ect to Ordinance
No. 709 entitled: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOQD ESTABLISHING
°REGULATIONS FOR MAKING EXCAVATIONS AND PERFORMANCE OF OTHER WORK IN i
PUBLIC STREETS IN SAID CzTY," and sub,ject to such other regulations
� and conditions as_rriay be reasonably prescribed from time to time by
