HomeMy Public PortalAbout2002-015 Resolution Granting Final Plat Approval for West Ridge DevelopmentMember Carolyn Smith introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.02-15 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR WEST RIDGE DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS, Ace Properties, LLC (the "Applicant") is the fee owner of property located at 5105/5125/5145 County Road 101 (the "Property"); and WHEREAS, the Applicant intends to plat the Property by combining three lots into one; and WHEREAS, the city council has previously granted preliminary approval of the plat; and WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested final approval of the plat, which has been reviewed by the city staff for compliance with city ordinances and the terms of preliminary plat approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota, that final plat approval is hereby granted to the Applicant for the plat of West Ridge Development, subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. The existing access to County Road 101 is temporary and must be removed if and when a road is constructed west of the Property; 2. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount necessary to reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing this application; and 3. The final plat must be filed with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of this resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void. Dated: March 19, 2002.
