COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 18, 2007
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Wong called the Community Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to order at
7:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL

Member - Vizcarra, Wilson, Gillanders, Wong
Member -Capra
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director /Agency Counsel Martin, Assistant Executive
Director Lambert, Agency Secretary Flandrick
Mrs. Wilson moved to excuse Mr. Capra for cause, seconded by Mr. Vizcarra and
unanimously carried.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Vice Chairman Gillanders moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Mrs. Wilson
and unanimously carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Member - Vizcarra, Wilson, Gillanders, Wong
NOES: Member -None
ABSENT: Member -Capra
ABSTAIN: Member -None
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 4, 2007, as presented.
B. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. CRA 07 -922 — APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF
BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 07 -922, a RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE SUM OF $11,860.00 DEMAND NOS. 3450
THROUGH 3452.

8. UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
A. PIAZZA LAS TUNAS STATUS REPORT FROM A &W BUILDERS AND REVIEW OF
CHANGES TO DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Executive Director Martin stated this item was scheduled to discuss the eight
changes to the Development Agreement requested by the owner and developer of
the Piazza Las Tunas property. However, as Mr. Capra was absent, he
recommended that this item be continued so that all five Agency Members could be
present.

It was agreed to continue this item to Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. and
to adjourn this meeting to that date.
