CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.02-19
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR
ROCKLER ADDITION
WHEREAS, Rockler Family Limited Partnership and the city of Medina (collectively, the
"Applicants") are the fee owners of property generally located south of T.H. 55 and west of Willow
Drive (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Applicants intend to replat the Property as Rockler Addition ; and
WHEREAS, the city council granted preliminary approval of the plat on March 19, 2002;
and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have requested final approval of the plat which has been
reviewed by the city staff for compliance with city ordinances and the terms of preliminary plat
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that final approval is hereby granted for the plat of Rockier Addition.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Carolyn
Smith and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Lane, Smith, Supel, Workman, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
