REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
NOVEMBER 6, 2007
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Wong called the Community Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to order at
8:11 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director /Agency Counsel Martin, Assistant Executive
Director Lambert, Agency Secretary Flandrick
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Vice Chairman Gillanders moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Mr. Capra
and unanimously carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Member- Capra, Vizcarra, Wilson, Gillanders, Wong
NOES: Member -None
ABSENT: Member -None
ABSTAIN: Member -None

Approved Minutes of the Regular Meeting of October 16, 2007, as presented.

C. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. CRA 07 -925 — APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF
BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 07 -925, a RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN
THE SUM OF $51,150.00 DEMAND NOS. 3463 THROUGH 3466.

Executive Director Martin stated he received word today from the developer that the
assignment filing is not yet completed and asked for these items to be continued to
the next meeting.
Mr. Capra moved to continue these items to the next Agency meeting on November
20, 2007, seconded by Vice Chairman Gillanders and unanimously carried.
