CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.02-20
RESOLUTION REESTABLISHING UNCHANGED
PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES
WHEREAS, the boundaries of the City's only precinct, precinct #1, which consists of the entire
City of Medina, Minnesota remain unchanged following state legislation redistricting; and
WHEREAS, the polling place for precinct #1 remains at Medina City Hall located at 2052 CR
24 in Medina,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Medina hereby
reestablished this precinct with those boundaries as required by Minnesota Statutes 204B.14,
subdivision 3(c),
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of Medina hereby reestablished this
location as the designated polling place for this precinct in accordance with Minnesota Statutes
204B.16.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Carolyn Smith and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Lane, Smith, Supel, Workman, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
