CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 02-22A
RESOLUTION REAFFIRMING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR
THOMAS WALTERS ADDITON
WHEREAS, Thomas O. Walters and Roberta M. Walters (the "Applicants") are the fee
owners of land in Medina located on Holy Name Drive, which land the Applicants have platted as
Thomas Walters Addition; and
WHEREAS, final plat approval was granted for Thomas Walters Addition on November 6,
2001; and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have been unable to file the plat of Thomas Walters Addition
with Hennepin County prior to the expiration of 60 days and have requested an extension of time to
do so.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the city hereby reaffirms its final plat approval for Thomas Walters Addition
and grants to the Applicants an additional 30 days from the date of this resolution to file the final
plat with Hennepin County. Thereafter, the approval hereby granted shall be null and void and of
no further force or effect.
2. Nothing herein shall be deemed to alter the terms and conditions of the final plat
approval granted by the city on November 6, 2001, with the exception of the extension of the date
for final plat filing.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Jim Lane
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Zietlow, Supel, Workman, Lane and Smith
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
