CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.02-23
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF
RASKOB ADDITION
WHEREAS, David Sween and Susie Sween, husband and wife, and Raskob Brothers
Partnership (collectively the "Applicants") are the fee owners of property generally located at 2112
Holy Name Drive (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Applicants intend to plat the Property into two lots; and
WHEREAS, the city council has previously granted preliminary approval of the plat; and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have requested final approval of the plat, which has been
reviewed by city staff for compliance with city ordinances and the terms and conditions of
preliminary approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that final plat approval is hereby granted to the Applicants for Raskob Addition, subject
to the following terms and conditions:
1. It is acknowledged that the 4.4' x 25.5' shed on Lot 1 does not meet the required 20'
side yard setback nor does the house on Lot 2 meet the required 50' front yard set
back;
2. The Applicant must remove debris from the Property to the satisfaction of the
zoning administrator by June 30, 2002;
3. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount necessary to
reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing this application; and
4. The final plat must be filed with Hennepin county within 60 days of the date of this
resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member James Lane
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Worhnan, Supel,
Zietlow, Smith, Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
