RESOLUTION FOR OILING
STREETS.
Be It Resolved by. the Council of
the Townr of Wellsburg, Iowa :
That Washington street front First
street to south edge of Tjaden Second
Add.; Adams street from First street
to Fourth street; 7efferson street from
Second street to Fourth street; Madi-
son street from P'irst street to Fourth
street; Monroe street from R. I. right
of way to Fourth strreet; Second
street from Washington street to
Monroe street; Third street from
Washington street to Monroe street;
Fourth street cast from intersection
with Washington street to east line
of Tjaden First Add.; and Fourth
street west from intersection with
Washington street to Mooro street,
Vaal extending on projection of Fourth
street to point west 700 feet, be and
the same is hereby ordered oiled and
the entire cost thereof, except the
cost of oiling the intersections. shall
be assessed to the property abutting
upon such streets in proportion to thf
benefits conferred thereby.
