RESOLUTION N0. 61-17
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNW00D APPROVIDIG MASTER AGREEMENT FOR
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE
STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with the State Department �
of Public Works, Division of Highways, for the budgeting a.nd
expenditure of funds allocated from the State highway fund to
cities has been presented to the city council for consideration;
and
WHEREAS,.the city council has hea.rd rea,d said agreement
and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the
City of Lynwood that said agreement be a,nd the same is hereby
approved and the mayor and the city clerk a.re directed to sign
the same on behalf of said City, said agreement to be binding
upon the City upon its execution by the authorized officials of
the State.
