The City Couneil of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve as follows: Seetion l . That the public interest and convenience require, and it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Lynwood to order the £urnishing of the service necessary to ma3ntain and illuminate by means of electrical energy the street lighting system made up of 2,500 lumen, 4,000 lumen, 6,000 lumen, 10,000 lumen, and 20,000 lumen lamps, and the 2,500 lumen, 10,000 lumen, and 20,000 lumen lamps on ornamental standards in certain streets in the City of Lynwood within the district'described in Section 2 hereof and to be known as."Lighting Maintenance District No. 19 of the City of Lynwood." Referenee is hereby made to Plan No. - -�-1961-H and Specifications No. 1961-H on file in the office of the CitylClerk of said City. Section 2 .
