RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD SETTING TIME AND PLh�CE FOR HEARING
PROTESTS ON THE PROPOSED STREET LIGHTING SERVICE
IMPROVEMENT ON CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD,
WHERF�S, pursuant to the provisions of the "Street
Lighting Act of 1919 and amendments thereto," the City Council of
i
the City of Lynwood has heretofore passed and adopted its Resolution �
No. declaring its intention to order the furnishing o£ the j
service necessary to maintain and illuminate by means of electrical �
energy the street lighting system in the City of Lynwood for a I
period of three years; �
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council does hereby fix Tuesday,
the 16th day of May 1g61 at the hour of 7:30 aLclock p.m. in the
Council Chambers of said City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, in the City of I
Lynwood, as the time and place of hearing any and al1 protests in
relation to said proposed improvement.
Section 2, That the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood is
hereby directed to give notice of said hearing in the time, form,

and manner required by law.
