A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ORDERING THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
EDISON COMP.�PTY TO FURNI5H THE SERVICE NECES-
SARY TO MAINT,�IN AlVI%�LLUMINATE �1I,L STREET
LIGHTS IN THE CITY 6 F LYNWOOD,
WHERE�S,'the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
California did on the 16th day of May 1g61 adopt Resolution No.
ordering the work and levying the assessment for service necessary
to maintain and illuminate all street lights in the City of LJnwood,
and
WHEREhiS, it is determined that there is only one contractor
practically capable of servicing said lighting maintenance dis�rict
as described in said Resolution of Intention No. 61-21 of said city,
and
WHEREAS, said contractor i� subject to the jurisdiction
of the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Cali£ornia, now
therefore, be it
-- --- --� RESOLVED by the City Council of the'City of Lynwood as
follows: �
l, That the City Council does hereby order said improve-
ment to be car'ried out by Southern Ca1i£orni'a Edison Company, a
corporation, in accordance with rates and rules filed by them from
time to time with said Public Utilities Commission.
