REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
MARCH 4, 2008
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Wilson called the Community Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to order at
7:49 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL

Member - Gillanders, Vizcarra, Wong, Capra, Wilson
Member -None
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director /Agency Counsel Martin, Assistant Executive
Director Lambert, Agency Secretary Flandrick
(According to the Agency's by -laws, the Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem of the City Council are
the Chairman and Vice Chairman respectively of the Community Redevelopment Agency.
Pursuant to the City Council's re- organization earlier this evening, Mayor Wilson is the
Agency's Chairman and Mayor Pro Tem Capra is the Vice Chairman).
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Mr. Gillanders moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Capra
and unanimously carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Member - Gillanders, Vizcarra, Wong, Capra, Wilson
NOES: Member -None
ABSENT: Member -None
ABSTAIN: Member -None
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 19, 2008, as presented.
B. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. CRA 08 -934 — APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF
BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 08 -934, a RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN
THE SUM OF $57,500.00 DEMAND NOS. 3502 THROUGH 3503.
