REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
MARCH 18, 2008
1. CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chairman Capra called the Community Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to
order at 7:35 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL

Member - Gillanders, Vizcarra, Wong, Capra
Member - Wilson
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director /Agency Counsel Martin, Assistant Executive
Director Lambert, Agency Secretary Flandrick
Ms. Wong moved to excuse Chairman Wilson for cause, seconded by Mr. Vizcarra and
unanimously carried.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Mr. Gillanders moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Ms. Wong and
unanimously carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Member - Gillanders, Vizcarra, Wong, Capra
NOES: Member -None
ABSENT: Member - Wilson
ABSTAIN: Member -None
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 4, 2008, as presented.
B. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. CRA 08 -935 — APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF
BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 08 -935, a RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN
THE SUM OF $1,928.00 DEMAND NOS. 3504 THROUGH 3505.
